| Dear
Colleague,
Welcome to the relaunch of the Bolder Report. As some
of you know, the Bolder Report was a newsletter that I
published in hardcopy for many years - until stuffing
paper and licking stamps became tiresome. Over the past
several years, I sent random emails to random people.
Now we are getting serious again.
Using a new service from Constant Contact, we will
distribute the Bolder Report as e-newsletter. We are
testing this infrastructure to determine if it will
support a professional audience with serious content,
along with a firm privacy policy. The frequency will be
every one or two months. Thank you for your interest!

New research project! Your help is requested.
If you know of any effective IV tools or
applications, please send me a pointer. I will
synthesize this material into an open web
resource center, seminar syllabus, and several
articles.
